Biomedical Entity Network (BEN) BEN allows users to explore the relationships between biomedical entities, which are represented by official Entrez gene symbols and MeSH terms. The current network contains tens of millions of connections among genes, diseases, chemicals and other biomedical entities. This tool can be used as an entry point for understanding the interactions between biomedical entities, and can also help to establish new biological hypothesis by exploring the hidden knowledge, the indirect connections between entities.
